This service is reliable to check, your balance, make transfer, and much more. It is good to know that beside going to the bank you can use this app pay bills, and transfer money from one account to the next, which prevent late fees. it makes you feel that you in control of paying your bills on time as well as managing your money well.

App just stopped working. It used to work pretty good. I uninstalled it & unable to reinstall it. Too bad. The app was good at one point. Maybe it will be fixed one day. As an update, the app works very well and is quite helpful for the functions that I need ie. 'bill pay', transfers, checking the acct. balance, etc. Whatever was causing problems with the app has been resolved and I am quite pleased with the app.

Love RSB. Less thrilled with app. It's fine to review account activity or transfer funds. But this is the 3rd time I've tried to deposit a check with it. Taking a photo of the front of the check can be tricky, but the back is ONEROUS!!! 1st, background was too light. Couldn't find check corners. Moved it to a dark surface, and it was TOO dark! Then it couldn't read my endorsement in BLACK ink even though it was clear in the photo. Won't put myself through that torture again!
