Bad. It doesn't like to open or load. I keep thinking maybe it's out of date but that's not the issue. I've had it across a few models of phone over the years and the problems have persisted. I still use it because have to, but I wish they'd make some improvements to the functionality and reliability. Edited: A year later, I'm taking off a star. For the past 6 months I've had to uninstall and reinstall this app once a week because it randomly stops letting me log in. PLEASE do better.

Error with ebill pay. When you select "other" amount to pay, a box no longer pops up for you to enter a differeny amount. Your only option is to pay the minimum amount due. Please fix. This is happening on samsung galaxy s7 android 8.0. Would be great if you could see the electronic bill-pay info that is available in the desktop version. Using the mobile app there is no way to see the balance due.

I choose FCCU because the claim to have mobile check deposit. It is present in the app, but it will only work in the ultimate pristine conditions. I'm sick of BOA, but their mobile deposit system works with mangled, bent, creased checks without the slightest hiccup. FCCU requires you do the most convoluted process to take pictures. Zero image stabilization, zero focusing, will not come out of auto-snap. It is like it was coded by a third grade class.
