Ratings and reviews

Everything usually works well and easily. You do need to keep track of check deposits as I have had 2 (out of dozens) that did not go through. What I REALLY DISLIKE is the loud noise as you take a picture of the check. It used to be a loud shutter sound, now before that it loudly announce how to take the photo. EVERY TIME. Even if the phone is on mute. Both of these should be options to turn off!!

updated 6/17/2025 New version of the app is horrible. Bill pay is gone. *More" screen is blank. No transfer options, either internal or e.g. Zelle. Check deposit is gone. And what's with the "delete account data" on the bottom menu bar? This removed about 90% of what I need and use regularly in an online banking app.

Check recognition has always worked for me. Never had any issues with it. update; 04/28/25, check recognition still has never failed. FIB still has the best personal money market savings rates. FIB is the best banking app, I've been with them for over 10 years!
