Great app, I don't have to stand in line or drive to bank for deposit. Sometimes they dont answer when you call. They are also bad on returning calls when you leave messages! It would be nice if they we're like other banks, they can deposit check early for direct deposit!! They have forgotten how to have good customer service!!

It works well and has all my up-to-date info. I can do deposits, make transfers, and update bill pay right from my phone. I have been using the Harborstone app for at least five years now. I am impressed with the way the bank keeps the look fresh and vibrant, while staying up-to-date with technological trends. I also appreciate the Credit Union banking laws in Washington State. Between the app and the laws, I am pleased with how easy it is to bank from across the United States!

Very good app with one major flaw. Mobile deposits. Each time you make a mobile deposit the app will force you to relook at your picture to verify that the payee, amount, or some other item is legible. This appears to have nothing to do with the quality of the picture at all, it's simply forces you to look at it again, which doubles or more the total time it takes to make the deposit. Very annoying and unnecessary.
