Warring States of Partia, is a Fantasy History Simulation game in the style of early Koei games, mainly Romances of Three Kingdoms series (or Suho or L’empereur etc etc). The player would manage their domain, in order the unite the divided lands. You can say this is another of my decades old dream project becoming real.
