About this app

DriveMotion records every drive you make and turns it into something you can actually look at — a route on a map, not a number in a list.

No adapter needed. DriveMotion works with your phone's GPS alone. An OBD2 adapter is optional and only adds engine data.

▸ EVERY TRIP ON A MAP
Tap start and DriveMotion logs your whole journey: the roads you took, distance in km or miles, a trip log with the odometer reading, driving time, average speed and top speed. Stops and breaks are detected automatically, so you can see where you waited and for how long. Hard braking and sharp acceleration are marked on the route.

▸ TURN A DRIVE INTO A VIDEO
Pick a trip and DriveMotion animates it into a shareable video: your car moving along the real route on a 3D map, with your choice of camera view — cinematic, navigation, or the whole route at once. Add music and your own photos from the drive, then save it to your gallery.

▸ SPEED CAMERA AND AVERAGE SPEED CHECK ALERTS
A worldwide camera database is built into the app, so alerts work with no internet connection and no data use. DriveMotion warns you ahead of fixed cameras, red light cameras and average speed check corridors, and shows the speed limit. Open the full-screen radar map to see what is around you. Available where local law permits.

▸ LIVE GAUGES WITH AN OBD2 ADAPTER
Connect any ELM327 Bluetooth or Wi-Fi adapter for a live dashboard: speed, RPM, coolant temperature, battery voltage, fuel level and instant consumption. Speed comes from the car itself when the adapter is connected, and from GPS when it is not.

▸ OBD2 SCANNER: READ AND CLEAR FAULT CODES
If your check engine light is on, read the trouble codes and see what they mean in plain language from a catalogue of 931 standard OBD2 codes, then clear them.

▸ YOUR DATA STAYS YOURS
Trips are stored on your device. Export everything to a single backup file and import it on a new phone.

▸ ALSO INCLUDED
Metric and imperial units, dark interface built for driving, trip statistics, and 12 languages. DriveMotion works as a trip log, a mileage tracker and an OBD2 scanner in one app.

DriveMotion PRO removes ads and unlocks unlimited trip videos. Subscriptions renew automatically and can be cancelled any time in Google Play.

Alerts are informational only. Always obey posted speed limits and local traffic law.
