The app is pretty straight forward and simple, but at times, it feels like a lot a navigating to work tickets. My biggest gripe is the lack of formatting when displaying replies and responses. The text all blends together even if there are spaces between paragraphs or other information that is present in the web portal. Still very handy when want to check tickets on the go without needing to break out the work laptop.

Buggy mess, but that's not entirely the fault of the app. I have the same issues with the service everywhere else. Search might as well not exist in any form. Not able to search for assets by model. Not able to search by keywords in tickets. Adding actions to one ticket in the app gets duplicated to completely unrelated tickets. Incident IQ is absolutely the most frustrating part of my job now, and it's not even providing the additional insights we wanted due to poor initial setup (our fault).

Not intuitive or useful at all. I used to have fresh service and it had a much better app plus awesome widgets. This is really simple version of the incidentiq website. The events portion is also basically unusable. When I've submitted complaints or asked for features, I've been told to just use the web version but I constantly travel and am not usually on my laptop. The whole point of the app is to be more mobile.
