About this app

The PEGASO APP (Portal for the Corporate Management of Personnel Services) is open to employees and pensioners of the Bank of Italy and allows, via tablet or smartphone, to submit requests for goods and services, to receive communications and notifications of a personal nature and information of general interest, at any time and wherever you are. The APP can be accessed via IAM credentials or SPID.
Among the features that the APP makes available:
• progressively enriched catalog of services;
• sections with useful information on the services that the Bank makes available;
• access to administrative services with the possibility of submitting requests via the Portal;
• viewing your requests, communications, publications and documents;
• updating your contact details and managing notifications;
• search engine for menu services and "general" search engine for the entire portal.
