Does not work! It just keeps "loading" after I put in my area code. I thought it might be my cell service or my wifi service so I tried several other apps on my phone including chrome, they all worked super fast but ebill doesnt.

I had it working then if I don't use it, it signs me out and won't let me sign back in till I call and have them fix it.

Terrible! After all that it won't let me even sign in...or offer to retrieve my password or user ur just stuck there
