I've been using this app for years, it's great most of the time. Sometimes I get the wrong weight of a product ( 1kg of garlic instead of 1 package) but when is call their customers service they are very good in fixing the problem right away. Now that Macro Center is also added to the same app it's even better.

I am using this application for months, it is very good, most prices are less than other applications espicially meat and chicken products. Recently 2024 they are less caring about their customers...in last month two times I received my order with missing items...in evaluation I mentioned that ..but..no one cares.Now I hesitste to put new orders and try to get grocceries by myself

I'm referring here specifically about the fast home delivery service. Some products definitely cheaper than getir. Delivery is usually very fast. My only main complaint is that very often one order products and then after you placed your order they cal or SMS you to say the products are not in store. It happens too often for me not to suspect that they do this on purpose.. because if one know from the start they don't have the product, one might not place an order for the other products either.
