Edit: No it has not been successfully delivered. They just mentioned in the reply that the order is completely delivered. But it has not. Beware. Poor service. They display out of stock items and then deliver some other items. Also, the flowers and plants quality is extremely poor and not like the ones they display on their app.

I placed an order expecting it to be delivered in the promised time slot, even paid additionally for it. My delivery delayed by several hours, with no timely status updates. It was only when I reached out to customer service, did I get to know that there was a delay due to unavailability of flowers. I had to repeatedly reach out to customer service to get any information, and even then, the responses were vague and unhelpful. This experience has been incredibly frustrating and unpleasant.

The worst app ever. Its basically a scam. They make you pay the whole amount and only deliver half of the things shown in the hamper ( I am not talking about the add-ons). The customer service is completely useless. They don't even know how to behave to a customer. Please don't waste your money here.
