Example
For study: use to perform a cycle of 25 minutes of study and 5 minutes of rest alternately.
Training: training like 20 seconds of exercise and 10 seconds of rest (general Tabata training)
Conference presentation: Ring one bell 10 minutes after the start, two bells 5 minutes after that, and three bells to indicate the end of the presentation after another 5 minutes.
