The TAZAR mobile application seeks to reduce the amount of waste sent to landfills by organizing the collection of recyclable materials.
TAZAR consists of three components:
- A map with points of reception of recyclable materials in such cities as Bishkek, Osh, Karakol, Naryn and Talas.
- The option of calling the collection of recyclable materials at home is available
- Educational eco-guide on the correct sorting of recyclable materials

In the TAZAR application, collectors of recyclable materials and townspeople have their own personal accounts where the following options are available:
- Citizens can send information about the availability and quantity of recyclable materials to collectors.
- Collectors of recyclables see information about the location of recyclable materials and collection time to build a convenient route.
- Citizens can exchange their earned points for goods or services with TAZAR partners
The TAZAR mobile application effectively connects the townspeople with the collectors of recyclable materials and cultivates the philosophy of responsible consumption in Kyrgyzstan.
