Switches status on its own. Delays status switch times. Kept me in drive five minutes after switching to off duty (yes, the display showed I was off duty, but the logs later indicated drive). Also, put me into drive in the middle of a two hour break while truck ignition was off and I had walked away from truck. Do not purchase this app.

Their service sucks it is extremely hard to get someone on the phone and the app keeps crashing and does not want to work most of the time properly you lose service people should kick you in the off duty and I will not let you change it And also you can go to off duty and it will automatically change back to drive on its own While sitting still

This app is inconceivably terrible, it's truly disgusting and repulsive how faulty it is. Thankfully this is the last time I'll ever use it. I'm amazed and still don't know how I managed to make it an entire year without any DOT violations due to the countless times that this app has registered false status' and ruined 30 minute breaks, 10 hour resets and even 34 hour resets. I will be spending ample time and resources encouraging truckers and companies to avoid this product at all costs.
