I've been banking with jdcu for a long time. This app has gone through some really rough times. I was just about to change my rating to 4 stars due to them actually making the app pretty decent, until I found out that every single transfer now requires verification. This is a stupid bug that shouldn't exist. Why are you making the experience worse by adding this? It's staying at 1 start until this is fixed. I should never have updated the app...

One thing that is a hassle, at least once a month I have to uninstall the app and redownload it. Reasons being it will forget the quick login, or in some cases it doesn't remember ny passwords at all and I have to retype my username and PW. Very inconvenient at times. My honest opinion. I hope they fix the problem fast.

Great app and love the authentication! Very fast. Biggest problem wasn't huge but unlike most banks setting mobile check deposit required more steps then necessary and at least 4 or 5 days to get it to function. Otherwise great interface and so far easy to manage. I'm new and only using for 20 days.
