It's not the worst, but it needs improvement. Canned reponses only send after pressing spacebar. Otherwise, they will send a blank response. Custom groups for canned responses are not available. There is no option to turn off haptic feedback!? Tag search does not display results while typing. Swipe action should be customizable for techs. 2 step verification would be nice.

terrible. What happened to the search bar? It's practically impossible to find anything unless you are willing to meticulously scroll through everything or know the precise categories or tags; even then it forgets what you clicked/typed in and reverts back to the base list of everything

Just a badly wrapped web app. Both the app and mobile version of the website are utterly useless. I check back in from time to time to see if there's been any improvement but I have to stick with the desktop website. I've never even received a notification about new tickets or anything of the sort. I have to ask what the point of this app is at the moment. This is one of the reasons why we are looking for another help desk system to replace Jitbit.
