Journyx Mobile allows you to use your mobile phone to fill out your timesheets and reimbursable expenses and submit them for approval when you don't have access to a computer. You MUST have a login account for an existing Journyx (tm) or Journyx PX(tm) site in order to use this app. Azure Single-Sign On is supported.

The Journyx app includes access to all of your time and expenses, including your current and recent sheets. You can add new time and expenses or edit/remove existing entries. You can use your memorized entries to create new ones, and you can attach pictures of receipts from your phone. When you are finished, you can submit your time and expenses for approval.

The Journyx mobile app also allows managers to review and complete approvals of timesheets, expenses and equipment.

NOTE: Journyx server version 11.2.2, 11.5.2 or 12.0.1 (or higher) is required.

My work uses Journyx to track our time. The website is average at best and the app sometimes works but mostly gives me problems. Every time I log into the app it asks me to pick the page I want to see when I login and then save my selection. But it never saves it. So, the next time I login I get the same question. Today it decided to only see this week. I need to submit my last week's time. There is no way to navigate to it. To me, the app is pretty much worthless.

Terrible login experience. The app actually works fine once you're in it. It'll automatically save your domain but won't save a username or password even after enabling biometrics. Loading a password overwrites the login domain. You have to have everything available to copy and paste into the app to login since the password requirements are obnoxious.

I have to use Journyx to track my time for the place that I have worked for the last 2 years. The website is average at best compared to other places I have worked. The app is worthless. It is better to just open a browser and use it on your phone than to download the app and use up space on your phone. I rarely have had good results and have decided to uninstall it today. The app is slow, and it never does what you want it to do. I would say that a company that uses it isn't worth working for.
