I paid for my seats. Go to board the aircraft, and it's open seating. If I wanted open seating I would fly with Southwest. Overall 2 stars for the experience and treatment of customers.

NO versions of the JSX app EVER work! Whoever is in charge of their apps is doing a TERRIBLE job!

Just keeps loading and loading on every page I go to - book a flight, my trips, etc. Nothing works. Edit: Yes it is the new updated app with the red icon and white JSX letting in front of it. Also installed the newest update today, still doesn't work.
