I had a really bad experience with customer service. They refused to refund me an accidental purchase. Somehow I was able to hit a button, a large amount for tips, without being prompted to put in a password as it normally does. Surely it's a bug and easily fixable. I had immediately emailed the support to refund me what's left in my virtual wallet (I bought coins) at the very least. Not even a "sorry for the inconvenience." . Nowadays, this type of customer service is unacceptable.

They do everything to NOT PAY the BROADCADTERS. My bank info hasn't changed, and hasn't been an issue before. When I request my payment I receive an email saying I will receive my payment in 2-5 buisness days. But within that time frame they deposit my money and immediately do a reversal to take it back out. My bank doesn't have records of these transactions they claim on my accounts wallet. I cannot get a response via email to find out what's going on. Ive tried 3 times now. It's always somet

Inbox has literally never worked. Now it's dissapeared completely and is only viewable to OTHER accounts who log in on my phone...but not my own. Seems like a security breech. I've been emailing for 2 months now to get it fixed, the automated emails garuntee a response in 2 days or less, I've yet to hear back. But peeks is happy to keep taking an unreasonably large commission out of my tips. I'll be moving to twitch this is bs.
