Horrible! I deposited around $200 into the account and it worked fine at first, was able to use the Kem card and everything was good. Now, suddenly, I have $40+ in the account and every time I try doing anything with my balance it tells me "oops! Something went wrong!" I tried contacting support and they didnt help at all! Stay far away from this app. If support can help me get my funds back then I will amend this review.

You people are scammer 😠😠😠 deposited money into the Kem app, but even after several hours/days, the funds have not appeared in my account. I tried contacting support, but there has been no response. I strongly advise everyone not to use this app until this issue is fixed. It’s frustrating and disappointing to lose money like this. Please be careful and think twice before depositing.

It's too bad the UI is so difficult. And there are some problems like I set a username then after clicking next the same page came up again and when I gave my old news name it didn't work. Here comes the notification that someone else has already taken it, so I lost my username. Also, there are many problems with ID verification, many problems with adding referral codes.
