The app and the devices once completely installed are amazing. However, if you have to change your internet or a device drops off of listed devices in your home, the reinstall is inconsistent, inefficient, and cumbersome. a qr code was damaged on the device.But we have the card with the qr code. when trying to reinstall the instruction, say, put the QR Code in the box. But there is no box appearing on the app. trying to install manually requires bluetooth, but the device is not being picked up

would rate zero stars if I could. Avoid these products at all costs. We have replaced all 6 of our alarms twice in the past year (costing us well over $1000) since all of these alarms constantly go off for no reason. We have purchased both smart and regular alarms and had electrican install them. Both the alarms and app are useless. Complete waste of money. Avoid at all costs.

The app lets me sign up/in, prompts for the tour, then closes, regardless of proceeding through the tour or skipping. Upon reopening, it shows a loading screen, then closes. I can't even set up my new CO detector because the instructions only tell me to use the app. The product is being returned and I'm finding a different brand.
