I had this as a 5 personally for the tracking I do, but the update to add time zones is super annoying. You see, it displays under the date when you go to edit that on an entry (like if you are entering for the previous day) and half the time I try to change the date on my phone it brings up the timezones selection. It doesn't look like you can hide or disable it, so now entering prior date information is annoying enough I don't always track anymore, making the jots pretty useless to me.

The app is great overall. There is just one thing I want.... instead of either having the timer or the date display for all items it would be nice if you could customize some having count down too and others just showing the date. For example future events like Birthday or holiday counting down too and things like when did I last clean my car having just a date.

It's not beautiful, but it's got excellent functionality. I have a few suggestions for additional features. I haven't gotten any responses from the developer yet, but it's clear he's actively maintaining the app. I wish it could offer collaboration between users on different devices, but I understand the desire to protect privacy and security. Perhaps an option? Or a cloud version?
