[Storage space]: Stores files with media and file access rights within the device and uses them to check whether the OS has been tampered with to strengthen security.
[Phone]: Used to make a phone call to the customer center and to the relevant employee with phone making and management privileges.

◆ If you are using a smartphone with Android OS version 4.4 or lower, all access rights can be applied as essential access rights without optional access rights.
In this case, you must upgrade the Android OS to 4.4 or higher, delete the app, and reinstall it to set access permissions properly.

◆ If you are using an existing app, you must delete and reinstall the app to set access permissions.

Ratings and reviews

Really bad app. Works only somewhat, but certain screens are simply not readable, because they are cut off or simply don't work. Pre-paying reservations doesn't work with some random errors shown. Some output of the app almost seems like some debugging tests were left in the code. However, this is pretty much the only way of renting cars as a foreigner in Korea.

The worst app I have seen lately. Hangs, does not show the results. Also, accidental clicking the back button throws away all your inputs. WTH? Wrapping a website in the webview and calling it an app is easy. Right? Better use the website directly. Though it sucks no less then the app, as the website originally is horrible.

The service and car given was excellent. Collecting and returning the car was fast and seamless. Shuttle bus is readily available to and fro Jeju Autohouse. Recommended car rental for anyone looking to rental. Don't forget to bring your own car phone charger, cable and phone holder is you want to use Naver app instead of car navigation
