Garbage! Don't waste your time, it's not worth the headache that comes with it... The tag & app are really awful. Tag is always "disconnected" & when I try to reconnect it, about 99.9% of the time it won't. There's parts of the app that still aren't translated. Also, I really don't like the fact that my camera symbol pops up at the top of my device, saying it's active when I open the app... It shouldn't do that, period. So throwing the tag away and deleting the app, just don't trust this.

Despite the top reviews here, this was a gift and I just got it running. I have a few questions where it isn't explained in the app nor manual. Whats the importance of taking pictures in this app? This device can record audio? Record what and where is the the storage for said audio? As I'm typing this I was having a conversation and it started beeping. What are the commands or key words? And in the app settings, step 8 says I can change my password and do a Map switch. I don't see those options.

Worked ok after 1st download & pairing. If you choose to have the alarm set to go off outside of 72 ft. boundary--be prepared. You might only be 10 ft from the air tag, but if there's 2 walls between you & it, the alarm will go off. Had the same issue as others--couldn't get the air tag to reconnect anymore after the app didn't auto-update. So I deleted the paired air tag, updated the app & tried to pair again as a new device. It still didn't work. I'm looking for a better device on Amazon now.
