Keeps saying that my ID and last name don't match when they are both correct. This is difficult when you're required to have this app for extracurricular activities

It barely even loads and most of the time, I have to use the website instead. It also keeps saying my student ID is wrong, even though it is correct.

This is a horrible app. Interface is awful. It doesn't remember your password and they account gets stuck loading half of the time
