Ratings and reviews

This app works most of the time, yet there are times I do not receive notifications for new messages until almost 24 hours after the fact. Because this happens randomly, the app is an unreliable tool for staying on top of your messages.

There's a major flaw in the app: You cannot block text messages from a specific number. The only option to stop someone from texting you is to change the number. It's a very serious shortcoming in this app.

unbelievable...just had a horrific experience. So bad, I thought it was a joke but it was actually real. one of my clients called in and she sounded very happy initially but the receptionist drove her spirit down immediately by not actively listening and sounding like she just smoked a blunt and was lying in bed. Reported it to a manager and the manager was not very helpful.. smh. Disappointed to say the least.
