Uuuuuugh! Why did they mess with it!? Before the last update (just a few days ago) it was a user-friendly layout and easily accessible....now it seems archaic in comparison. Way more cumbersome to use. In addition, keeps telling me all my subscriptions are expired every time I log in, yet on the next page saying it's all in date. Slow to load, too. This is EXTREMELY frustrating, especially since I pay a LOT for this product and rely on it every day for quick, accurate, up to date info.

Doesn't show up as an app on my s24 ultra doesn't installing it, reinstalling it etc. Would have to go to app store each and every time to search emra and open from there. Very cumbersome. Clearly has not been updated in a while to be compatible with many Android models and there's no concern regarding its paid users who are on anything but Apple devices . Very disappointing. Please review your feedbacks and work with your developer to improve the app.

Sigh...so apparently they pushed a new update to fix an issue with the Jump search function, but it still isn't fixed. For example, under the Alpha menu, the Administration and Storage Issues section just doesn't work. Is this a new section? How hard is it to really fix this basic issue that worked PERFECTLY before? UPDATE: Notice it took ONE month for the company to reply to this review and a LOT longer to fix the issue. That is unacceptable for an application for healthcare pros. 0 STARS!
