Mixed bag of an app. The parts that work do so great. That is, you can access your accounts, use snap deposit, and pay bills all through the app just fine. But extra features like zelle integration are clumsily implemented. Zelle works, but it's a pain to set up. And I've yet to figure out how to search for locations close to me through the app.

I get error messages during snap deposit. It says the amount detected does not match what's on the check. I thought there was a fix to this when this time it said submit anyway. When I hit submit anyway, it still did not process >error with the sum not matching. My sum matches everytime and I have plenty to cover what I am depositing. Please fix this. I do like be able to see everything and lock/manage my card, hence the 2 stars. Will update once sum error issue is fixed. Thanks

I have been using this app now for some time now. Haven't had any problems through all of the updates and upgrades. But now I have started using the Zelle feature embedded in the app, so now I keep getting an error message. I have already emailed and there best suggestion is for me to unstall the app and reinstall. Well that is absolutely not an option. It was working before, so I suggest that you get it fixed.
