Nothing about this app makes sense. It's full of information about what to do in NYC but has no information about my existing reservation, room amenities, or anything else. It has a habit of going into an infinite loop landing you on some random page that you don't need. This is an app that was designed by someone who never actually needs to use it. I would expect more from Virgin. Staying at the NYC location in 2 weeks and am anxious about whether they will have my reservation when I arrive.

My stay is at LV. The email with my reservation for LV says to download this app to manage my stay. From the app, when I attempt to "Find my stay", Las Vegas isn't even offered as a hotel on the app. When I called the number in my email confirmation and asked about the app and my reservation, she just said "yeah, you won't find it on there, but you're good to go, any other questions?" **Make it make sense**

No way to login and manage booking from Australia as they don't accept "Virgin Red" memberships from outside the UK or USA and there is no other way to login, book and manage hotel bookings with them. Massive FAIL to the marketing team and app developers. Makes it useless to be available in app stores outside of those countries. If you can't have a Virgin Red membership in other countries, at least offer alternative methods for managing bookings within the app, this is a basic requirement.
