app refuses to open even with the correct password and username. Junk!!!

The app hardly works for me. It won't log in with the fingerprint and says I need to use password instead. I log in with password and it brings me back to log in screen. I've cleared cache and reinstalled app. It will work for a couple log in's then back to not working. Web page is much better.

I setup fingerprint login a couple of times and it never work. Always a pain to login as it does not work well with lastpass.
