Took me six weeks to get into my account, and now the app is asking me to create a passcode, but the page within the app doesnt allow you to bring up the keyboard. Highly recommend having everything set up prior to downloading this app if you hope yo have it work in any capacity.

Huge disappointment, was denied a claim to a lab because I didn't have a correct receipt, really? It was a lab for bloodwork, what else am I going to buy there? Obviously it was a medical related item. Now I need to setup a bank account to pay back the amount that was paid, but, the website and the app both say they are unable to verify my bank account and failed to add the account. Tried to call McGriff customer service to get help, they never answered and I gave up after 40 minutes on hold.

Almost everything is broken. The app shows I've elected to put 3600 to parking. Screenshot feature does not work. it's impossible to find this app in your phone by search. Why you can't hire professional to make your app? It's ridiculous.
