Overall this is a very competent banking app. Simple intuitive interface that allows easy management of Live Oak bank accounts. However, I cannot make a mobile deposit. Three app crashes ever single time I attempt a deposit. I've tried clearing the cache, deleting data, and removing aged reinstalling the app. Nothing works. In the end, what is an app for an online bank account that can't do mobile deposits really worth?

I mainly use this app for the remote deposit feature, however it does not work well. Regardless of how the check looks, and it's background, the auto feature (which is not optional) never takes the picture. So you have to capture manually. Unfortunately, you can't skip right to manual take - instead must wait ~20 seconds before that option pops up. And then 1/3 of the time the photo doesn't upload correctly so you have to do it all again. This is a basic feature and should work seemlessly.

I'd give it zero stars if I could, and that's absolutely disgusting considering I completely love this bank other than the utter failure of a mobile deposit feature on Android. I was able to install the app on my iPad and the photo capture feature worked brilliantly. Either fix the Android app or give users the ability to upload their own check images from their phone's camera roll. This current implementation AIN'T IT!
