Ratings and reviews

I mainly use this app for the remote deposit feature, however it does not work well. Regardless of how the check looks, and it's background, the auto feature (which is not optional) never takes the picture. So you have to capture manually. Unfortunately, you can't skip right to manual take - instead must wait ~20 seconds before that option pops up. And then 1/3 of the time the photo doesn't upload correctly so you have to do it all again. This is a basic feature and should work seemlessly.

Absolute Garbage, Old App Was Fine They made me re-enroll and create a new username when they changed apps, and they didn't save it when I clicked "remember me". Freezes my whole phone and won't let me log in b/c "sign in attempt pending" Pulling my money. They're interest rates aren't nearly as good as they were when I joined, I'll bank with someone who can actually manage their software.

Mobile deposit hasn't worked for 2+ weeks. Doesn't have ability to link to other banks using Plaid. Account transaction list shows code instead of real descriptors. For what's supposed to be an online first/only bank - any of these three is a deal breaker. Biometric login is also flaky at best. Until they get their act together would recommend going elsewhere.
