Does not work. After years of not being able to login, you can now login. They are now pushing the app from the website (like it is fixed). Although now you can login, when a customer contacts you, you are not notified. Zero notifications. You will get, COMPANY DOES NOT RESPOND reviews. Dissapointed.

Loads of issues I'm sure you know about it just try the app yourself Dear developers As I always use live Pearson at my work I need to share with you my issues regarding the phone usage not the PC It takes a long time to swich from away to available you keep pressing multiple times times on the circle to swish it to be green and available sometimes it takes you long minutes and presses to do that Also you can write the message a lot of times and hit enter but the message disappears and y

Does not notify or even stay logged in. How are you supposed to know when a lead arrives?! The only way to use this app (it seems) is constantly keep checking for messages and hope you don't miss any!!
