App works well for the most part. The company as a whole is trash, though. I applied a payment, and a day later, another payment was applied to the account. I asked for the second payment to be removed and for the money to be placed back into my account. The customer service was anything but customer oriented. They stated they need a full bank statement even with the payment just being made. I supplied one and they wouldn't accept it, till it showed payment cleared and had a positive balance.

Whenever I try to log in I get a message that says "Unable To Login". I reset the password and it automatically logs me in. I then try to log back in (using my new password) and I get the same "Unable To Login" message. So pretty much everytime I use the app I have to set up a new password and that password only works that 1 time because you can't reuse passwords.
