Used this for several of my cars. worked great. until one day it stopped.It says "EXPIRED". Ok. How do I renew it.? How do I reactivate it.? Is there a number to call.? Apparently not.!!! What/Where's the customer service.???

No help I've been trying to cancel my account for over 6 months and still no help Left multiple messages I've never been able to get in touch with anybody and nobody returns my calls or emails they're still building me every month

Has its good points and can use some improvement.
