About this app

The Loop11 app allows you to participate in usability testing studies ran by design companies from around the world. This app will open when you start a usability test for which you have been provided a link to.

The app will record your interactions with the test website and provide anonymous data back to the company running the user testing study.

I came from Prolific...and all the tasks I was assigned were downright impossible to start, because of Google detecting unusual activity, and after doing the captcha, it stated that the URL / Index was not on their server. One of the very few studies I had to return due to it being broken.

I have been using this app to do surveys for costomer journey 360 and I have been done 44 surveys and the study was supposed to end after 180 days and still I have tried contacting them and not a email back or a phone call or anything. Be aware that this is a total waste of time. DO NOT DOWNLOAD.

Followed all the steps, filled out the survey, just as it was at the final stage of submitting it for me payment it "crashed" 3 times in a row at the same point, seems to be a common problem with this. STAY CLEAR DO NOT DOWNLOAD.
