Been trying to convert miles to the card since over a week. It just says " contact support " called them more than three times without results. Was asked to send an email which I did but no response since 8 days

Saying rooted mobile which not not correct. Installed on many mobiles all are showing same error. Now i am stuck to reedem my points. Please fix.. Issue fixed thanks, reverting the feedback..

Been trying or 2 days to get a reward card but the app requires you to give your citizenship, however it wont let you save said entry. Also the link to customer support doesnt work
