Highly Annoying. I uploaded my miles to this Reward Card since the information before loading was the card is valid for 3 years but when I actually got the virtual card converting my entire miles balance, it was valid for 1 day 23 hours with a facility for extension by another 24 hours. Big Deal. But after all this when I wanted to pay using the card on line, I got the following message "payu.pgi.pt.failure" . This card system does not work at all. It would be better for Etihad to cancel this.

This is a terribly developed app. Even though fingerprint login is enabled and the finger print is recognised, I get an error saying login credentials invalid. It's also a usability disaster. There is no proper button to login after entering the password. After downloading the app and registering for the first time, the app's selection buttons are covered by the phone's navigation buttons making it really difficult to use. Even after so many complaints, Etihad isn't making any effort to fix it.

Absolutely amazing. Usually when we fly we forfeit our miles due to how infrequent we travel. After reading about Ethiad reward, I set about installing. I had read about the issues faced by others, that it kept looping back when confirming your country. This is because people are trying to add it in the Ethiad Reward App. You have to log back into Ethiad Airways and confirm.....then hey presto it works. There is a 24hr usage, but you can add 24hrs for free and any unused miles get re-credited.
