I thought this would be a better experience as it's their own app.But I have to say that they need to improve a lot.Received a call after ordering on this app. I specifically asked the person on the phone to check that I had paid the full amount, and he confirmed that they had received the payment. I told them to make sure they didn't accidentally send the product as Cash On Delivery. To my surprise, the delivery man called me the next day & said that I have to pay.I have the call records.

This app is harassing. No physically no stock, but app shows in stock. No option for order canceling. The hotline number also useless. No one recieves even after 17minutes.
