Ratings and reviews

First time user for this specific app, and it's confusing as hell. Sometimes, the back button won't work or works too well and kicks me from the app. Not only that, I can't figure out how to transfer any funds to other accounts NOT associated with MSB for the life of me because you guys have made it too difficult to do, I guess. If I could give 0 stars, I would. Worst banking app out there.

The app has a fraction of advertised functionality, including an utter lack of ability to mobile deposit. Tech support is also a joke; all outsourced to companies that can do little more than suggest you travel to your nearest branch. Just use a better bank.

Horrible platform. The old version was better. Never up to date, always super slow, very confusing to navigate and interact with.
