Your old app was perfect!! What an absolute dumpster fire this new version is. Haven't been able to financially manage my business in 4 days! Can't log on, when I try and contact customer support, I get placed on hold for 5min, then transfered to a damn voice mail! Done with Profed after seeing the lack of concern for its customers. Pulling my accounts soon as I get time to come in there.

I don't like the new way transaction history is set up. After you click 'see more,' you have to scroll the opposite way to read in most recent order, and then scroll back down to see more again. Also, I wish a pending bill payment would also be shown in 'pending transactions' section, rather than only being in 'pay my bill.'

The digital banking system was working fine and didn't need an "upgrade" to digital banking. This system "upgrade" has been a mess. It would have been nice to know that I had to download a new app and delete the perfectly good one instead of it getting an update. After opening the app, it said all users must register. I went through the process and it told me the account was already active and I need to log in. No option for auto picture capture for mobile deposit. No details on card purchases.
