The new interface is terrible, and I wish it was never changed.

This app is very hard to navigate the new update isn't a very good update

this app all it does is glitch I uninstalled it multiple times and reinstalled and same issue they changed the app and same thing I call telling them it's there app and I need to make a payment and they want to charge me to pay over the phone when it's there apps glitching so I can't pay online never had these many issues with a bank or app before guess this is why people refinance cause of bad customer service when there just trying to be responsible and pay there bill on time for my truck
