Ratings and reviews

It's a pretty good exchange, it's easy to buy and sell crypto and they've gotten much better with withdrawals to TWD. I would say the rates/fees are around average, could be better but not bad. 4 stars, because it's got a CCC security score which could be improved. No proof of funds, which is a bit worrying.

Sorry but the registration process is a pain. They have a list of countries that are not allowed because of terrorism and other shady stuff so your account will get frozen when you try to submit documents for verification. Can we prevent people from completing initial registration if their country of origin is on the blacklist? That will save a lot of time. And the account deactivation is also not joyful. I need to print, and take a selfie with the form again.

If you are not Taiwanese, do not use this xenophobic exchange. If there is another exchange or another app for Taiwan, Use it. I have been trying to get my LTC out of this exchange since 2018. Thieves... Every time I submit documents they need to be reuploaded, They move goalposts continuously, Submitted my passport, Aprc,Arc etc many times. My friend had over USD 8000 that he could not access due to other document verification.
