Bill pay is not good. It doesn't deduct the amount until it clears. My other bank deducts and shows as "pending." I feel bill pay should be just like using a check book register without having to write it down. Also, when a check is on automatic pay, the system sends the checks without the funds. I think it should be canceled right away instead sending a bad check.

Broken login system. Ever since the update you have made it basically useless to login to the app. The app is just a space holder on my phone now. Doesn't save biometrics. Wants me to change my password every time I try to login. Can't even use the pin. Have to go to the actual website to log in and use online banking. This is ridiculous.

So the app is fine I have no problem with it. I have a problem with country bank itself. When I got my debit card no one warned me that there was a limit on how many transfers I could make from my savings account to my debit. So I lost $40 and didn't realize until a month later. Silly me i thought i could access my money when i want. I wish I went to the bank to complain but too much time passes so I did it here.
