Generally enjoying the app, though there are some little issues. Example, swiping back will minimize the entire app instead of returning to the previous page. Would also love push notifications for client checkins and appointment bookings, so I can turn off app notifs during my time off instead of getting text messages that someone booked an appointment at 2am (which they are allowed to do! I just don't need to know about it in that moment you know).

I like the app, and would like to review it more positively but there is one feature that makes me dread using it. I have to use this app every night and view reports, but to view the reports I have to download them as PDF. I need 5 reports for each day and download this much quickly eats up a ton of space on my phone over the course of years, and so I am forced to needing to regularly delete old reports now. I have complained about this for years but they don't seem to take this seriously.

Was convinced to switch over under false pretenses, information that was given was incorrect, and untrue. Also was told the price would be cheaper than my current software. When they wanted to start charging me, it was 3 times more $$. They did apologize in an email and said new training was being put in place to correct the false information. Created a lot of work for me to begin the switch just to be lied to and go back to my old software. Major red flags for me as a business owner!
