About this app

This app helps you stay present and aware of the passing hours — a perfect companion for anyone struggling with time blindness, ADHD, or just the daily grind of focus and productivity. Set customizable hourly chimes to gently nudge you back into awareness.

✅ Customize which hours and days trigger a chime
✅ Great for ADHD time tracking, productivity, and mindfulness
✅ No ads, no in-app purchases, no subscription — ever
✅ Minimalist, respectful of your time and attention

As someone with ADHD, I constantly lose track of time. I built this simple tool to help me refocus, reset, and feel more in control throughout the day. Whether you’re studying, working from home, or managing executive dysfunction, these gentle hourly reminders can make a real difference.

I’m a solo developer committed to maintaining this app, listening to feedback, and to keeping it simple, accessible, and community-informed. Feel free to reach out with feedback — I’d love to hear how it’s working for you!

It is what I needed, but I don't need the visual notification in my status bar...just the audio notification. LOL, I keep ignoring the hourly reminders so don't need it. I'm uninstalling.

Really lovely, just what I wanted. Honestly so so good to not have adds. Just trying to see if there's a way I can get it to chime even if my notifications are set to vibrate.
