This app sucks. Signed up for a 7 day trial, what a waste of time. Not sure what's so difficult about getting this app to work, but like most people have said - customer service is useless, and not able to help. It's really too bad, too. Canadian hunting and outdoor content isn't widely available, and for the main/only source who be this flawed is just disappointing. If the Americans can figure out how to stream shows on an app, us Canadians should be able to as well.

I purchased a yearly subscription back Oct 2021. I ve tried to use the app on my phone to view the content. The content is always locked. I even tried to uninstall and reinstall the app. On initial install, the content unlocks. However once you close the app, it locks all the content again. In the last 3 weeks l've called twice to try to resolve the issue. I left all my info for them to contact me, but they never do. I am now looking to cancel my subscription.

Love the content, but the app keeps kicking me out of live TV and other videos on its own. Once in awhile you get through a video without a problem. I have even been kicked right out of the app. No it is not my phone as I have a new 1. I have also had problems watching live and was kicked out, when I went back to live it was a different show alltogether Not sure what is going on. Hope you can figure it out. And get it fixed.
