App not working useless support system . Also wats up don't work . I kept calling customer care they said it's reset but still it's not working. Highly disappointed with system ..

Every time I open it, I have to get otp & enter it.I opt for English language & it shows me in Hindi only

Asks for login username and password. No other option provided. Impossible to access like Tata sky which could be accessed by mobile number.
