App never works. Every few days I try to open the app and it's just a white screen...loading...it never loads. I try turning my phone off, eventually you have to uninstall the app and reinstall it. It is a huge hassle. Very frustrating. Edit: after re installing it still won't work. Why even have an app? About to call the bank to see what's in my account.

Every few days, when I try to open the app, I just get a blank page that simply says "null". I have to uninstall and reinstall in order to get on the website. Plus, the website is incredibly slow. When putting in my password, I have to put in each letter, wait a second, then put in the next letter. It's very frustrating.

It is somewhat inferior to the banking apps I am accustomed to. And seems to be down fairly often overnight or early morning... plus it is not the most user-friendly app, but it gets the bulk of the job done. Southern Bank however is one of the bank financial institutions I have had the pleasure of dealing with; and in the South easily beats the larger and national banks in the area. The customer service alone is worth is second to none.
